Your rights regarding data supplied via this website

To exercise this right, you must write to the NSB at c/o CSO, Ardee road, Rathmines, Dublin 6 or e-mail us at nsb@cso.ie. You should include any personal identifiers that you supplied earlier via the website (e.g. Name; address; phone number; e-mail address). Your request will be dealt with as soon as possible and will take not more than 40 days to process. No fee is required.
Please note that the NSB does not have a general policy to retain emails sent to it. Hence your email or feedback response may already have been deleted after we responded to you.
You also have a right to have inaccurate information corrected. If you discover that the NSB does hold inaccurate information about you, you have a right to instruct the NSB to correct that information. Such an instruction must be in writing or via e-mail. Your request will be dealt with as soon as possible and will take not more than 40 days to process. You may also request that data, which you have supplied via the website, be deleted.
