Scline Scott is Assistant Secretary General in the Department of Finance with responsibility for the Corporate Services Division. She has over 28 year’s experience in the Civil Service.

Within the Department of Finance, Scline has worked in Central Budget Office and Credit Union Policy. She spent 10 years in the Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration and was also Registrar of the Valuation Tribunal.
She holds a M.Econ.Sc (Policy Analysis), a BA (Business Studies and Accountancy) and qualifications in Public Sector Economics, Project Management and Human Resource Management Practices.
